We have developed a unique platform – the IIMP (Integrated Incentive Management Platform) – that hosts all major customer needs and we have the skills to develop new ideas and features if required.
Basically, our platform quickly enables clients a tailor-made website design that includes, in addition to informative and leisure aspects (e.g. games, quizzes), a strong e-commerce component, in which payments are done with points awarded by the customer to participants and where products are selected from a catalogue with more than 2000 references.
This entire process is fully managed by Incentivehouse without the need of client intervention, apart from the normal exception related to the provision of results in which the score is based, particularly for employees or business networks programs.
DIAGNOSIS
Together with our client, we thoroughly define all expected goals according to the Incentive Program, the nature and structure of all participating groups and all available means.
DESIGN, PREPARATION AND LAUNCH
Depending on the diagnosis, key aspects of the program are defined: duration, rules of the game, communication subject and path, mechanics, bonus range and future program start-up launching actions for target audiences.
IMPLEMENTATION AND MONITORING
The program is then commissioned and all participants will have a single individual access right from the start, as well as access to relevant information, allowing them to freely buy products depending on their score. A frequent communication is maintained with all participants and mechanisms are used to encourage their participation and to strengthen the program’s connection to the defined goals.
ASSESSMENT AND CONCLUSIONS
In addition to regular monitoring, a final analysis is carried out in the end, and both major program lessons and the approach to follow in future initiatives are defined.
